Using Enviro Spase

When I try to install Enviro Spase I get the error shown below.

This is because newer versions of Windows do not include this version of .NET, but they will not work with Enviro Spase. To fix this, click No and then go to this page. Once on that page, download and install the version needed by clicking on Download .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Runtime.

If you still have problems, please contact Geotech Support.

In order to assist you with an Enviro Spase issue we will need the following items.

1. A compressed (zip) file of the Enviro Spase log files located at C:\Enviro\Espase8\eSpase8_Log. 
2. A Subset of your Enviro Data database in a compressed (Zip) file format. A how to article on creating a subset of your database can be found here.
3. An email sent to support@geotech.com with the two above zip files attached. In the body of this message please tell us the mapping coordinate system you are using.
